Our Services

  • An addiction intervention is a planned process, ideally guided by a professional interventionist, where loved ones confront an individual struggling with a substance use disorder to prompt them to accept immediate addiction treatment. During this meeting, participants present a firm, pre-arranged rehabilitation plan and share how the addiction has impacted them. Crucially, the team sets clear boundaries and consequences to end enabling behaviors if the person refuses help, aiming to transition the individual quickly into recovery.

  • An Addiction Recovery Coach is a non-clinical peer mentor who motivates and supports clients in achieving sustained addiction recovery through personal goal setting and practical skill development. These coaches provide crucial client case management by connecting individuals to essential external resources, including therapists, psychiatrists, outpatient treatment, and employment, to support their sobriety. Ultimately, the coach acts as an ally, helping the client build a fulfilling life in recovery through both internal motivation and effective resource connection.

  • Treatment Navigation involves a specialized consultant hired by families to expertly manage the high-stakes process of selecting and accessing the best addiction treatment options, regardless of insurance status. Their primary function is curating and vetting suitable rehabilitation centers globally, ensuring alignment with the client's clinical needs, preferences, and budget. The navigator handles all logistical case management, including coordinating assessments and admissions, and acts as a central liaison between the family and the treatment teams. Crucially, they develop a comprehensive continuum of care plan, seamlessly transitioning the client from primary treatment into essential aftercare recovery support and sober living

  • A Family Recovery Coach specializes in supporting family members dealing with a loved one's addiction by guiding them out of chaos and into healthy action. Their core role is to educate the family about addiction and recovery, provide the tools to establish crucial boundaries and respectful accountability (ending enabling), and teach effective crisis management. Ultimately, the coach helps the family reclaim their own well-being by providing emotional support and practical skills, allowing them to shift their focus from the addiction to creating a stable, supportive environment for everyone.
