Requirements

  • Cliff will provide a meeting guide upon move-in, which has multiple meetings daily that we recommend. Recommendations are made based on a healthy mix of people beginning their journey in recovery, as well as those who have been sober long-term for years.

  • Get a sponsor, work the steps, sponsor other men. Cliff is ingrained in the Central Indiana recovery community. With that said, we have many men in long-term recovery eager to help residents build a foundation for recovery. We require you to get a sponsor within a week of move in, and complete the steps with that sponsor. Once complete, you sponsor other men!

  • Monthly, you need to be of service. Cliff has relationships with different organizations around Indianapolis for you to give back to. Great opportunity to give back and do it alongside other Cliff friends.

  • A portion of your rent is allocated towards fellowship events on a weekly and quarterly basis. Monthly events in the past have included bowling, Top Golf, cook outs, or we head out to a restaurant. Quarterly events are bigger, and in the past we have a big Holiday party (Cliffmas) or rent boats on a lake. Every resident attends these events and we invite other people in long term recovery.

Cliff is not a place where you just sleep. We want people out of their rooms in common areas, going to meetings together, hanging out on the weekends, and getting to know one another.

  • We require you to work at least 32 hours a week and a max of 40 hours. Subject to change based on scenario which includes:

    -In PHP

    -In IOP

    -In school

*If you don’t have a job coming to Cliff, we highly recommend a “get well” job.

*3rd shifts are no allowed, 2nd shifts need to be approved.

*Remote work is allowed on a case to case basis.

  • Senior resident will lead house meeting each week, and time depends on the location you live at. These meetings are mandatory, and need to be marked on calendars as such.
