Cory Fohrer
Co-Founder
Cory grew up in Fishers, IN went to Indiana University and spent nearly a decade in software sales while battling addiction. He found long-term recovery in Southern California through sober living that built the foundation he needed.
In 2023, Cory and his wife Elizabeth moved back to Indiana to begin building Cliff. The Fohrers’ focus is aftercare, and believe that is how those who struggle with substance abuse achieve long-term sobriety.
Cory actively works a 12-step program and takes others through the steps. In addition, he is a certified recovery coach and training to be a case manager/interventionist.

Elizabeth Fohrer
Co-Founder
Elizabeth grew up in Fishers, IN went to Indiana University then spent a decade away in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles working in public relations.
She is a firm believer in therapy, finding awareness in patterns and stamping them out to create a bright foundation. She works an Al-anon program and actively helps others get through the steps.

Banks Fohrer
Chief People Officer
Banks joined the party in 2023 and is our lovable emotional support animal. As 80 lbs of Bernese Mountain Dog love, he’s the ultimate greeter after a long day and has never met a stranger.
Does sober living location, condition, and spacing amongst residents matter?
We believe a healthy environment is not just a sober environment, but one in which a residents safety is paramount. Our housing is in safe, residential areas. In addition, we have single and double rooms at all three locations. We are very intentional about spacing in our homes, and our total residents in each house are half of a standard sober living.
